Welcome to Cape Town
Arrive at Cape Town International. Collect rental car and drive to the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence on the V&A Waterfront. Check in to your room overlooking the Atlantic with Table Mountain behind.
The Mother City
Guided half-day tour — Table Mountain Cableway, Bo-Kaap, Company's Garden. Afternoon: V&A Waterfront or Robben Island.
False Bay
Clovelly — Par 72, 6,445 yards. Full-day Cape Peninsula tour in the afternoon.
East to Hermanus
Drive to Arabella Hotel & Spa (1.5 hours). Check in beside the Bot River lagoon.
#1 Western Cape — Twice
Two rounds at Arabella. Par 72, 6,651 yards. Whale watching from the terrace in season.
Garden Route Drive
Drive the Garden Route to Knysna (approx. 4 hours). Check in to Simola Hotel, Country Club & Spa — set high on the hills above Knysna.
Knysna Double
Morning: Pezula atop the Knysna Heads. Afternoon: Simola on the hills above the lagoon. Two dramatic courses in one day.
Safari Time
Drive west to Gondwana (approx. 2 hours). Check in to your bush dwelling. Afternoon game drive — Big Five on 11,000 hectares of indigenous Fynbos. All meals and drinks included.
Big Five Day
Dawn game drive, brunch at the lodge, afternoon at leisure, sunset game drive. Dinner under the stars. Gondwana is the first malaria-free Big Five reserve on the Garden Route.
