Sir Nick Faldo's Vietnamese masterpiece is set on the Lang Co peninsula — a strip of land between the South China Sea and the Lang Co Lagoon near the historic Hai Van Pass — with ocean, lagoon, mountain, and lagoon views simultaneously available from multiple holes. Faldo designed the course as his most ambitious tropical creation, with elevation changes rare in Vietnamese golf.
The Hai Van Pass, which separates Central and North Vietnam geographically and climatically, provides a dramatic mountain backdrop to the course's northern holes. The combined natural elements — ocean, lagoon, mountains, and tropical vegetation — create a setting of exceptional beauty.
