Casa de Campo is the Dominican Republic's great golf resort — a 7,000-acre private resort on the La Romana coast that combines four Pete Dye golf courses (including the legendary Teeth of the Dog), a private marina, polo grounds, equestrian centre, shooting range, and the medieval village of Altos de Chavón on its bluff above the Chavon River.
